At Shambhala Yoga School, we believe that yoga is not just a physical practice—it’s a path home to yourself. A path that invites you to soften the edges, release expectations and remember your own inner wisdom.


Whether you’re joining us for a 200, 300-hour teacher training, a Yin Yoga course, or a trauma-informed program, one thing remains at the heart of everything we do: you matter. Your journey, your questions, your pace. That’s why we keep our groups small and our hearts open—so you can feel supported every step of the way.


Our trainings are more than just certifications. They are experiences of connection, of self-discovery, of learning how to meet yourself and others with compassion. In the soft light of Tenerife’s sun, surrounded by nature, safe spaces and kind community, many of our students find something they didn’t even know they were missing: a place where it’s safe to simply be.


We integrate the power of yoga with healing practices like sound baths, massage and breathwork, because we know healing isn’t one-size-fits-all. Sometimes it’s movement, sometimes it’s stillness. Sometimes it’s letting yourself cry during savasana, or laugh during a partner yoga class. All of it is welcome.
