50 hours Trauma-Informed, Inclusive & Sound Healing Yoga TTC
with Maya Lindvall & Andrea Richardson
Step into a new way of sharing yoga—one that prioritizes safety, self-empowerment, inclusivity and energetic healing. This one-week immersive training is designed to help you create a nurturing space where all students feel seen, supported and safe.
More than just a training, this course is an invitation to see beyond the physical practice—to recognize the invisible stories carried by those who step onto the mat. You’ll learn to understand and be aware of trauma in others, while cultivating the skills to approach your students with acceptance, open-mindedness and care. Yoga is not about fixing; it’s about holding space, meeting people where they are and offering presence through understanding and compassion.
As part of the experience, you’ll also be guided through sound healing practices, learning how vibration and sound can support nervous system regulation, emotional release and deep rest. These tools will enhance not only your teaching, but also your personal journey.
Certified by Yoga Alliance as a continuing education program, this training expands your knowledge, enriches your teaching, and empowers you to hold space in a more conscious, connected way.
