Service Description
Small Groups. Big Transformation. Step into a nourishing 6-day immersion dedicated to slowing down, softening and coming home to your body. Our 50-hour Somatic Movement & Meditative Arts TTC in Tenerife is designed for yoga teachers, space holders and curious practitioners who want to explore embodied movement, nervous system regulation and meditative practices in a safe, intimate and high-quality environment. At Shambhala, we welcome you into small groups (maximum 9 students) so you can experience personalized guidance, direct mentorship, and the steady presence of teachers who truly see you. Here, your sensations, your pacing, and your emotional landscape are honored—no rush, no pressure, no judgment. Throughout the training, you’ll dive into a gentle yet transformative blend of somatic, creative and meditative practices. Each day offers space to explore: • Somatic movement patterns that support nervous system regulation • Embodied expression and intuitive movement flow • Meditative arts practices to enhance inner stillness • Trauma-informed approaches to movement and breath • How to guide others into safety, awareness and connection • Techniques to cultivate presence, compassion and grounding Mornings begin with mindful movement to awaken your body, while afternoons open into deeper exploration, creativity and reflection. One restorative sound experience is included to help you integrate emotions, release tension and settle into spaciousness. You’ll rest in a peaceful environment with cozy bedrooms and private bathrooms—ideal for unwinding, restoring and integrating your process. Nourishing meals and Tenerife’s natural beauty create the perfect backdrop for inner and outer transformation. This training is not about performance. It’s about presence. It’s about learning to listen to your body, moving with intention, and discovering how to guide others with clarity, warmth and deep respect. Whether you want to enrich your teaching or reclaim a more embodied relationship with yourself, this journey will leave you feeling grounded, inspired and gently transformed. You’ll graduate with a Yoga Alliance 50-hour continuing education certificate—and a renewed sense of connection, confidence and inner peace. Slow down. Feel deeply. Return to yourself.

Booking Terms and Conditions Due to limited availability for each course, applications will be accepted on a "first come, first served" basis. To secure your reservation, a deposit amounting to 15% of the total course cost is required upon booking. Shambhala Yoga School maintains the right to decline enrollment to students who have not settled the remaining balance before the course commencement. Payment Guidelines To guarantee a spot in the course, a deposit equal to 15% of the total course fee must be submitted during the booking process. This payment can be made via credit card or bank transfer. The outstanding balance of the course fee must be settled 30 days before the scheduled course start date. Both the deposit and the balance payments are nonrefundable; however, they can be applied toward rescheduling for other Teacher Training Courses. This rescheduling option remains valid for one year, provided the request for rescheduling is made 45 days prior to the course's initial start date. Confirmation and Preparatory Information Upon successful payment of the deposit, a confirmation email will be dispatched (from Monday to Friday). This email will contain comprehensive details regarding the items to bring along for the course as well as recommended reading materials to facilitate your preparation for the upcoming course. Cancellation and Reimbursement Policy Students are granted the flexibility to withdraw from participation either up to 45 days before the course begins or during the course itself. When this occurs, we extend two viable options: 1. Rescheduling: Students can opt to transfer their enrollment to an alternate course within a span of one year, upon availability. 2. Partial Refund: If the course has already commenced, students have the alternative of receiving a partial refund for the unused portion of the course. The provision of refunds is exclusively reserved for cases of student's emergencies that manifest during the course. Examples of such emergencies include: • Death of a first-degree family member • Needing yourself surgery • Severe illness or injury of yourself that prevents participation To support such claims, students are required to provide original documentation that substantiates the situation at hand. In instances where a refund is warranted, the calculation will be based on a proportional assessment, corresponding to the period for which the student was not actively engaged in the course.
