Yoga Alliance 200 hours Hatha & Vinyasa Yoga TTC
Our intensive program is thoughtfully designed to build your confidence in leading impactful yoga sessions rooted in Hatha and Vinyasa yoga, with an introduction to Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga.
To us, yoga is more than just physical postures; it's a way of life. We cherish small class sizes, limited to just 8 students, ensuring that we can offer personal attention, support, and create an environment where everyone feels seen and encouraged.
Our yoga teacher training program blends the standards set by Yoga Alliance USA with our belief in what's essential for someone to become a skilled yoga teacher. We place a strong emphasis on self-love, self-confidence, stress reduction, respect, non-judgment, and letting go of expectations.
