Service Description

Small Groups. Big Transformation. Step into a powerful 6-day journey of slowing down, deepening and reconnecting. Our 50-hour Yin Yoga & Acupressure TTC in sunny Tenerife is designed for yoga teachers and dedicated practitioners who want to explore the healing art of Yin Yoga in a safe, intimate and high-quality learning environment. At Shambhala, we work with small groups (maximum 9 students) to ensure personalized attention, direct mentorship from experienced teachers, and a deeply supportive atmosphere where your questions, needs and growth truly matter. Each day blends the gentle power of Yin Yoga with grounding practices and rich knowledge. You’ll dive into: • Yin asanas: how to guide, modify and sequence with purpose • The five elements & meridian theory: how they influence body, mind & emotions • Connections between elements and emotional balance • Major acupressure points: how and when to activate them in a Yin class • How to teach Yin Yoga with clarity, presence and confidence To support your energy and focus, each morning begins with an uplifting Vinyasa Yoga practice, bringing balance between movement and stillness. One restorative sound bath is included to help integrate your experience on a deeper level. You’ll enjoy a peaceful environment, cozy bedrooms with private bathrooms, ideal for unwinding and processing each day’s learning. Nourishing meals and inspiring surroundings help you feel grounded, cared for and at ease. Whether you plan to teach or simply want to learn more for yourself, this training will help you feel more connected, embodied and empowered. You’ll graduate with a Yoga Alliance 50-hour continuing education certificate, new tools to support others—and a refreshed, more grounded version of yourself. Slow down. Learn deeply. Emerge empowered.

Cancellation Policy

Booking Terms and Conditions Due to limited availability for each course, applications will be accepted on a "first come, first served" basis. To secure your reservation, a deposit amounting to 15% of the total course cost is required upon booking. Shambhala Yoga School maintains the right to decline enrollment to students who have not settled the remaining balance before the course commencement. Payment Guidelines To guarantee a spot in the course, a deposit equal to 15% of the total course fee must be submitted during the booking process. This payment can be made via credit card or bank transfer. The outstanding balance of the course fee must be settled 30 days before the scheduled course start date. Both the deposit and the balance payments are nonrefundable; however, they can be applied toward rescheduling for other Teacher Training Courses. This rescheduling option remains valid for one year, provided the request for rescheduling is made 45 days prior to the course's initial start date. Confirmation and Preparatory Information Upon successful payment of the deposit, a confirmation email will be dispatched (from Monday to Friday). This email will contain comprehensive details regarding the items to bring along for the course as well as recommended reading materials to facilitate your preparation for the upcoming course. Cancellation and Reimbursement Policy Students are granted the flexibility to withdraw from participation either up to 45 days before the course begins or during the course itself. When this occurs, we extend two viable options: 1. Rescheduling: Students can opt to transfer their enrollment to an alternate course within a span of one year, upon availability. 2. Partial Refund: If the course has already commenced, students have the alternative of receiving a partial refund for the unused portion of the course. The provision of refunds is exclusively reserved for cases of student's emergencies that manifest during the course. Examples of such emergencies include: • Death of a first-degree family member • Needing surgery • Severe illness or injury that prevents participation To support such claims, students are required to provide original documentation that substantiates the situation at hand. In instances where a refund is warranted, the calculation will be based on a proportional assessment, corresponding to the period for which the student was not actively engaged in the course.
