5 Days Yoga, Meditation & Self Care Retreat

After December success, we are happy to announce our summer Retreat!

We invite you to join us, for the second time, to restore your inner peace, to reconnect, and find your true self from the 25th until the 29th of July.

It will be a 5 Days/ 6 Nights cultivating rest and rejuvenation with daily Yoga, meditation, Ayurveda, hiking and massages between mountain and sea view in the North of Tenerife, Spain.

Rooted in yoga and Meditation, this retreat is designed to guide you towards regaining balance with your mind, physical and emotional bodies.

Full Description

Revitalize and harmonize your mind, body, and soul. Enjoy the warm weather and the beautiful views of the ocean and mountains while staying in casual shared rooms.

Now more than ever we are realizing the importance of finding ways to feel rested, to balance your nervous system, reduce stress and support your immune system.

This retreat was created with the intention to assist you on your path to greater ease in body and in mind while empowering you with tools to continue using once you return home.


Together, we will explore mind-body practices including 2 daily yoga classes, matinal meditation sessions, participation in a variety of holistic wellness workshops such as Thai yoga massage, essential oils with acupressure points, acroyoga and an Ayurvedic feet massage.

We will nourish yourself with a healthy Ayurvedic vegetarian culinary experience (with vegan options too)


Soak up in the stunning mountains 🏔 and beaches 🌊 during hiking excursions and have ample free time to lounge by the pool 🏊‍♂️, read a book 📖 or journal in the Shambhala garden.


Our Summer Yoga Retreat is a one-of-a-kind, transformative retreat, All within an accessible, non-competitive, non-judgmental environment that is appropriate for people of all ages and levels.

Daily Schedule

8:00 AM - Guided Meditation

8:30 AM - Break

9:15 AM - Vinyasa or Ying-Yang Yoga Class

10:30 AM - Break

11:00 AM - Brunch

3:30 PM - Workshop

7:00 PM - Dinner

Activities and workshops suggested (not limited to) :

- Essential oils workshop

- Meditation in movement

- Questions and answers around a cacao elixir drink

- Meditation and Mindfulness, how to use basic Pranayama (breathing exercises) for more awareness

You will finish your day with a grounding and relaxing Yin, Restorative and/or Yoga Nidra. On some evenings you will also be invited to some mantras chanting.

We will offer you a vegetarian diet made with love. Included in the price are 2 meals per day (Brunch & dinner) plus dry fruits, herbal teas, healthy snacks, water and fruits through the day.

The Higuera room is a triple room with private toilet. Higuera is located just steps away from our yoga shala in the most relaxing part of the school, you will only listen the birds to wake you up! 


This room is fully equipped with all you need for a perfect stay. 3 Single beds, 3 Night tables, Wardrobes, Table and chairs, Private en suite toilet with shower/bath-tube, Wifi Access and Towels.


Shared Double Room with Private Toilet

790€ per Person

The Buganvilla is a double room with private toilet. Buganvilla is located on the house next door (less than 50 meters away), also owned and decorated by us. This room also has a private patio on the backyard.

This room is fully equipped with all you need for a perfect stay. 2 Single beds, 2 Night tables, Wardrobe, Table and chairs, Private en suite toilet with shower, Wifi Access and Towels.

Shared Double Room with Private Toilet and Rooftop Terrace

850€ per Person

The Drago room is a double room with private toilet. The name of it comes from a tree that is about 90 years old and is on the entrance of this room. The special part of this room is the private roof terrace with breathtaking views over the coast and the mountains, with amazing sunrise/sunsets.

The room is fully equipped with all you need for a perfect stay. 2 Single beds, 2 Night tables, Wardrobe, Table and chairs, Private en suite toilet with shower, Wifi Access and Towels.

Yoga & Meditation Lead Teacher

Virginie Heuse

Virginie comes from Belgium, she discovered Yoga during one of her travels, in Costa Rica.
This experience has been a “life-changing” event.
She started practicing Yoga and went for her first 200 hrs TTC in Hatha Yoga in December 2014 in Thailand.
Her interest in Yoga made her discover Ashtanga Yoga, she went to India to make her second 200 hrs TTC in Mysore in March 2017.
On her way back to Europe she was offered to teach in Tuscany in a place where they were offering different styles of Yoga.
She started teaching Hatha and Ashtanga Yoga beside her job for two years. It is where she has learned the most from the exchange with students.
She realized how much she was helping people and how this came naturally. To make people feel good, relieved, relaxed, or even “being a trigger” of a new awareness for people, gives Virginie the dedication, the commitment into YOGA, not only asana.
She taught together with Yogi Madhav in different 200hrs TTC in Cambodia, where she learned about restorative Yoga and shared her knowledge with plenty of students from all over the world.
She also completed her 50 hrs in Pregnancy Yoga and learned two different massages, Thai Yoga Massage, and Deep tissues massage.
Her interest goes to Reiki and meditation and mindfulness as everything is linked or connected.
Virginie believes now that Yoga in its whole and the different holistic practices or healing practices “must be” used together with the occidental medicine to help a broader range of people to recover, to heal, to unblock, to feel, to hear, to know, to trust or to find back the faith in life for those who have lost it somehow.
In 2021 she has completed her 300hrs TTC in Yoga Therapy and Integrative medicine.
Actually, she is leading 200 hrs Vinyasa & Ashtanga Yoga teacher training courses in Shambhala Yoga School and organizing and teaching in Yoga Retreats.
She always looks forward to sharing her knowledge with her students and keeps an open mind to adapt to the student's needs.
